Lamps, Chandeliers and other bright Ideas!

Jan 28, 2010 in Business

There are so many thing one should consider before any lighting purchase especially if you are contemplating whether to go with a set of lamps or a single chandelier. If you feel that lamps are your choice then you will want to take into consideration both the amount of floor traffic you have in that area and also of course the age of that traffic.

Yes, I said the age of that traffic. What does this mean, the meaning is the age of the people that will represent a good portion of the traffic that passes through that area. Why would this matter? Simple, children can easily pull down lamps but even the most industrious would find it challenging to reach a chandelier without help. Let’s face it kids play and they tend to not posses forethought until a certain age and then even some adults would still no qualify in that regard.

This may also dictate the type of table lamp that you decide to go with. As an example; wooden lamps don’t need the constant polishing as do brass lamps if you have youngsters or toddlers with the propensity to touch everything and leave fingerprints everywhere they go. I can vouch for the polishing of the brass lamps with children. If they’re like most kids you will be doing it about once a week.

The next issue is lighting coverage. Table lamps lighting coverage can be rather limited they will tend to only provide light in the very near circumference of their placement. Tall wide area floor lamps will generally provide even more whole room light while overhead lighting such as that from a chandelier will generally provide the most. However, if you have extremely tall furniture or huge solid pieces where no light passes through them then your overhead lighting will need just a wee bit of help.

Not to fear, if this is the case then all you have to do after you buy your overhead lighting such as a chandelier is to buy a couple of lamps to fill in what are termed as the dead spots and you will be all set. An easy way you can determine if this is a good idea for you is to simply hang a high wattage light bulb from the ceiling that you would be looking at overhead lighting from  and see where the shadows are cast or “where the dead spots” are. Then with that light still shining see if placing furniture in the dead spot areas  where you would need table lamps would cause problems with the flow of your decor. If it does then you will want to take any floor lamp you already have and place it in those spots to ensure this won’t be problematic as well. Now you will know that you have full coverage of light in your desired area and won’t have issues with the tikes and toddlers.

Insurers selling Ruerup Pension claims to prospective pensioners

Jan 28, 2010 in Business

Numerous insurance offerers provide so called Ruerup-Assurance contracts on the German market place. Usually it is quite difficult for the private customer to find the best insurance provider that fits best with the own requirements. How can customers find their personal insurance for Ruerup-Assurance agreements covering their requirements at the best rate? On special webpages clients should get their appropriate Ruerup-Assurance offer out of the multitude of insurance providers.

For whom is a Ruerup-Pension policy recommended? For entrepreneurs and for well-paid employees the Ruerup-Insurance contract is a good chance to provide retirement pay and to save taxes at the same time. If you are searching a Ruerup-Pension insurer in Germany, you should take into consideration some important points:

As from 2005 contributions to newly effected traditional private pension insurances and life insurances are no more tax deductible in Germany, the Ruerup-Assurance policy is a suitable alternative. Entrepreneurs do not have the possibility to provide retirement pay by the so called Riester-Pension. So they could not benefit from public allowance. For this group of people there is now the possibility of taking tax benefits by contracting a Ruerup-Assurance plan. Before choosing their German Ruerup-Pension insurer, customers should always compare several offers. This page offers a free Ruerup-Assurance comparison: Ruerup Rente Produkte.

The state-sponsored Ruerup-Insurance is for entrepreneurs as interesting as for well-paid employees. For those groups of people it is the only possibility to get special tax deductions in retirement arrangement since the possibility of special deductions for other private pension and life insurance contracts has been deleted by the legislature. In the phase of paying contributions to the contract the paid-up money is protected against distraint. This means creditors of the insured person cannot access the Ruerup-Pension contract. The accumulated money must remain for the insured individual and the insurance must not be resolved before retirement.

The money that is accumulated by a Ruerup-Assurance policy is not affected by unemployment in the context of social welfare. This money does not need to be consumed before getting social welfare. Since 2005 there is the possibility to replenish the own retirement pension by the conclusion of a Ruerup-Pension contract. Such a Ruerup-Pension policy is very interesting for those people who cannot contract a so-called Riester -Assurance contract for employees. With the Ruerup-Insurance, the legislature gave entrepreneurs the possibility to benefit from public allowance under their own private pension.
