Everyone dreaded the day when the American owners might decide to close the plant and take their jobs south.

He began taking manufacturing training courses that dealt with plant and equipment management. He gained a lot of knowledge in these areas, and when the company decided to expand rather than close down, they called on my brother to assist with new facility management and to use ITC Learnings DVD Courses .

Those courses really paid off in the long run, and my brother’s job was secure until he chose to retire. I am fascinated by computers.

No matter what the company is, there is a computer system somewhere, lurking in the background. When a computer system goes down or is breached, everything comes to a screeching halt and millions of dollars can be lost. I am definitely the man for the job.

I always thought that I was too old to go back to school. The paycheck is fair for the work, and the people I work with are pretty decent. The company even offered some incredible electrical skills DVD courses for those who wanted to go further with manufacturing training.

Initially I didn’t give it any serious thought,  but my wife began to encourage me to try the classes.
